How far in advance should we book?
Most couples book about 9–18 months before their wedding date, but I always recommend reaching out as soon as you know your date — especially for popular seasons like spring and fall.
Do you travel for weddings or elopements?
Absolutely! While I’m based in Columbus, Ohio, I photograph weddings all over the state and beyond. Whether you’re planning a destination elopement or a weekend celebration out of town, travel is always welcome (and sometimes complimentary!).
Do you shoot film or digital?
I primarily shoot digital but love mixing in real print film — like Polaroids — for that nostalgic, one-of-a-kind touch. It adds a tangible, vintage feel to your gallery and gives you a few keepsakes straight from the day itself.
When will we receive our photos?
You’ll receive a sneak peek within a specified time frame, listed on your selected package, to relive a few favorite moments, and your full, hand-edited gallery will be ready in less than 60 days.
Can you help with timeline planning?
Absolutely. I’ll work with you (and your planner, if you have one) to build a photography timeline that flows naturally and keeps the day stress-free. From first looks to golden hour portraits, we’ll make sure every important moment is beautifully captured.
How do we officially book our date?
Once we’ve chatted about your vision and package, I’ll send over a contract and invoice. A signed agreement and 30% retainer secure your date on my calendar — and then the fun part begins!
What’s your shooting style?
My approach is a mix of documentary and editorial — I capture candid, in-between moments as they unfold, but I’ll also guide you through portraits so you feel comfortable and look natural.
Do you offer payment plans?
I do! I want the process to feel stress-free, so installment plans are always an option.
